Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • Order will ship the SAME or NEXT business day after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday (except holidays)
  • Shipment cut off time is 1 P.M. Eastern Time

Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipment Method: The Face Gear uses FedEx and USPS as our primary shipping provider. A shipping provider is selected based on the customer's location, the weight of the order and the shipping options chosen at check out (if expedited shipping was chosen by the customer).
  • Shipment Rates: shipping cost will be calculated at final check out page.
  • Transit Time: an estimated delivery date will be provided at check out, but it is not guaranteed. Delivery time might be affected by multiple factors such as weather condition, holiday season, or other national situations (like the COVID-19 outbreak)
  • Track your package: a tracking number will be provided by email when an order is shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping:

  • Currently not available.

Refund and Exchange:

  • The Face Gear will provide a refund for any undeliverable address returned from courier and will only refund the product at purchase price. No handling or shipping fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, exchange is not accepted for any product.

 Lost A Package:

  • If a package was lost due to an error caused by The Face Gear, we will provide a full refund or replacement of the lost package. The Face Gear is not liable for the loss of shipment if the tracking status shows "Delivered". Customer should contact the shipping carrier or local law enforcement to file a claim in this situation.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided to us is correct and current. If the package is lost due to the customer providing incorrect address, The Face Gear is not responsible for the loss.
